Identification and Visa Information
Skyservice Airlines (like
all carriers) is required to adhere to the Advance
Passenger Information System (APIS) that makes it necessary
for the airline to collect specific information from
every passenger travelling to Canada, to Mexico and
to/from the U.S. Other countries may also have, or
may be in the process of requiring this information.
The purpose of this information is to maintain safety
and security in aviation.
Advance Passenger Information must be supplied by
the passenger at time of check-in or they will be unable
to travel.
Following is a list of information required:
1. Full
name (last name, first name, middle name if applicable)
2. Gender
3. Date of Birth
4. Nationality
5. Country of residence
6. Travel document type (normally
passport)
7. Travel document number (expiry date and
country of issue for passport)
Travel
within Canada
- Passengers over the age of 16 years - a valid government
issued picture ID is required (e.g. driver's license,
health card)
Travel
between Canada and the USA

Skyservice Airlines reminds air travelers
that effective January 23, 2007, passengers
and crew entering the US by air from Canada
will be required to present a valid passport.
We strongly recommend customers who do not
hold valid passports apply for new passports
well in advance of travel plans.

Skyservice will not accept passengers
for flights into Canada without the appropriate documentation
as required by Canadian Immigration. This advisory is
to notify our customers to ensure they have the appropriate
documentation. Any expenses related to obtaining this
documentation while abroad will remain the sole responsibility
of the passenger.
We
conduct a documentation check prior to boarding to ensure
you have the necessary documents. If you do not have
the proper documentation you will be denied boarding.
