In order to deliver this service, we need to receive your request, (directly or through your travel agent) at least 72 hours prior to the departure of your flight. You may contact us directly at 1 416 679 8330 or 1 888 571 0094.

Please present the following information:

  • A medical certificate from your physician, including a statement that the passenger requiring this service can fly without risk to himself/herself and other passengers.
  • Your physician's name and contact information.
  • The oxygen flow (low or high) and the type of mask (nasal or canula) required.

Flow Duration
Low flow (2 litres per minute) 6.5 hours
High flow (4 litres per minute) 3 hours

The fee for oxygen use is CDN$50.00 per bottle requested. This amount is payable at the check-in counter, for both sectors of your travel, prior to your departure from Canada.

NOTE:
Passengers are permitted to check-in or carry-on cylinders that have been completely depleted of the oxygen content. If you choose to transport the empty oxygen cylinder as your carry-on item, please note that this must conform to our carry-on baggage size dimensions of 9x16x20 inches or 23x40x51cms.

Defibrillators
