Check-In

Canadian and International flights

Check-in opens at least 3 hours prior to departure for all flights - 4 hours for overseas flights - and closes 45 minutes prior to domestic scheduled departure flights. For North American flights gates close 60 minutes prior to departure time. For International flights gates close 60 minutes prior to departure time.

Passengers arriving late for check-in may be denied boarding.

For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in.

Please note: All Toronto flights arrive and depart from Terminal 3.

Documentation & Visas

• Travellers must be in possession of valid documentation for the destination country including passports, citizenship card, tourist visa etc. before being accepted for check-in.
• Travellers within Canada must also possess photo identification to be permitted boarding.
• All minors must have proper identification (please review infants and children's section of website).

Flight Confirmation
For reasons beyond Skyservice's control, it is possible that flight departure times may change without prior notice. We suggest that you check your time of departure, 24 hours before your flight and on the day of departure prior to leaving for the airport.
