Seat selection information

Advanced seat reservations can now be made online up to 48 hours prior to flight departure. A charge of only $15.00 CAD per person per flight segment will be applied. In order to pre-select your seat, you must visit our website @ www.skyservice.com and click on the “seat reservations” button. Alternately, you may contact your travel agent to pre-book your seat selection.

Pre-assigned seating for passengers with special needs

Skyservice will make every effort to accommodate special needs passengers with a seat most appropriate for their needs up to 48 hrs prior to flight departure. Passengers calling 1 888 571 0094 or 416 679 8330 and identifying him/herself as a person with special needs, can speak with an agent who will be able to discuss specific requirements. The seat selection fees may be waived, and passengers may be asked to provide a medical letter supporting their request.

Changes to a specific seat assignment

Passengers may make a change to his/her seat reservation up to 48 hours prior to flight departure and will be subject to an administration fee of $15.00 per person per seat. In order to make a change, please contact Skyservice at 1 888 571 0094 or 416 679 8330.

Refund policy

As per our published terms and conditions, Skyservice will not provide a refund if you received a seat within 3 rows of your original booking. In the unlikely event we did not meet this service level, you will be entitled to a refund. Please submit to our office in writing a copy of your boarding pass along with contact information in order for us to process your refund.
