Missing Checked Baggage/Contents

In the unlikely event your baggage is not located after a 21 day tracing period, your baggage is deemed missing. A claim for missing baggage/contents must be made within 30 days of the occurrence. To do so, please complete this form and mail it along with your receipts, a cover letter and the property irregularity report that you completed at the airport to Customer Relations, 31 Fasken Drive, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 1K6 or fax it to (416) 679-1603. We will process your claim in accordance with our maximum liability as defined by the Montreal or Warsaw Conventions.

** Note: Skyservice, in accordance with tariff regulations, similar to other airlines, is not liable for loss, damage to, or delay in delivery of fragile items including any kinds of electronic equipment, cameras, laptops, etc. or perishables, jewellery, silverware, valuables, money, negotiable papers, securities, samples of/or business documents and tools of business or trade. We will not be liable for any items if baggage was not locked with a combination or key lock.
