Customers travelling with electronic devices, electrical equipment or battery operated devices should place these items in their carry bags for screening. Customers must be prepared to show that the items are in good working order otherwise they will be confiscated by security.

Customers travelling with sharp items such as nail files, knives, scissors etc… must pack these items in their check baggage.

Please be advised of the following clarification to Photo Identification: Transport Canada has advised that acceptable photo identification includes valid passport, or valid citizenship card, or any official photo identification document (eg. drivers license etc...).

Please remember that this definition of acceptable Photo Identification does not supercede the immigration requirements of destination countries. That is, if a country requires a passport for entry, then the only acceptable form of photo id will be a passport.
