Advanced Seat Reservations (ASR)
Advanced seat reservations (ASR) will close 48 hours prior to flight departure. A charge of CAD $15.00 per person per flight segment will be applied. Click here to reserve your seats.
Please be advised that if you have booked an upgrade service on the flight, your advanced seat reservation may be free of charge.
Those passengers who are booked as part of a group with a Tour Operator who would like to pre-book seats, please contact your Tour Operator’s Groups Department.
Please be advised that our system is not equipped to accommodate advanced seat reservations for only some passengers on a booking. Please call us at 1-888-571-0094, Option 5, and a member of our Customer Focus Team will be pleased to assist you.
Pre-booking Bulkhead or Exit Row seats
Skyservice is pleased to announce that passengers booked on flights departing on or after November 1st, 2008 with participating Tour Operators are now able to pre-book exit row seats at a cost of CAD $35 per person, per direction. The availability of these seats can be viewed online and are identified as orange in colour when available.
Exit row advanced seat reservations cannot be guaranteed and may change without notice. Exit row seating is restricted to able bodied adults who will be required to assist in the event of an emergency. Persons with a visual or hearing impairment, persons with a disability or those travelling with infant(s) cannot occupy these seats. If passengers book an exit row seat and do not meet the requirements under Transport Canada regulations at the time of travel, they will be re-seated and a refund of the ASR booking fee will not be issued.

Changes to specific seat assignments
Passengers may make a change to their seat reservation up to 48 hours prior to flight departure and will be subject to an administration fee of CAD $15.00. In order to make a change, please call 1-888-571-0094.
Refund policy
As per our published terms and conditions, Skyservice will not provide a refund if passengers received a seat within 3 rows of their original booking. Refunds will not be provided to passengers who cancel their reservation prior to travel, or who upgrade either at the airport or onboard. In the unlikely event we did not meet this service level, passengers will be entitled to a refund of their ASR booking fee. In order to process a refund, passengers must submit a copy of their boarding pass(es) along with a copy of the ASR confirmation they received and their contact information within 30 days of their return flight.
